Vaccinations

Covid 19 vaccination is required for all eligible students (5 yrs and older) for indoor classes. All instructors and staff are fully vaccinated.

Please provide proof of vaccination before attending your first class by emailing your card to info@pacificfusionmartialarts.com. When you get boosted please provide the update

Masks

Masks are no longer required to take classes. Students that arrive at the dojang showing any type of illness will be asked to wear a mask. In some cases, students will be sent home.
